About Gilbert Farm and Ranch
Our History
Gilbert Farm and Ranch has been engaged in the cattle business for over 50 years in East Texas. We've sold and marketed cattle and equipment throughout the southern half of the U.S.
Our Methods
At Gilbert Farm and Ranch, we strive to raise quality cattle through superior genetics so that the quality of our meat products are not only healthy but pleasing to the most discriminating customers.
Our Products
At Gilbert Farm and Ranch, all of our beef is raised on grass and fed out on grain. Our beef is antibiotic and hormone free natural beef with no additives or byproducts added. We sell our beef by the quarter, half, or the whole steer and our price is based on package weight of the final product which provides the best value option to the customer. All of our beef is processed in a local USDA inspected plant. The carcasses are hung for 4 weeks prior to processing to ensure maximum tenderness.
